Roszdravnadzor selected 18 best practices of implementation of various projects in the healthcare sector that are recommended for use in all regions of the Russian Federation, among them – a cloud automated system “Regional obstetric monitoring”. The system is designed for continuous monitoring of pregnant women in the region, starting from the stage of registration at the dispensary, appointment and implementation of the action plan, delivery (or other outcome of pregnancy) and up to the end of 42 days of the postpartum period. The article presents the mechanism of the system and the first results of obstetric monitoring.
