PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL — IS NOT AN EASY TASK
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The avalanche-like growth of the product range and means of its promotion on the market create enormous difficulties for the formation of reasonable consumer preferences. In such a situation, a public service is needed to help make a choice taking into account the ratio “price-quality”. The choice of goods on the basis of this principle is not easy, but it is necessary in the conditions of rapid development of the commodity market. Approaches to such a choice are described: the concept of independent regulation and control and the concept of adaptive regulation and control; the disadvantages of the first and the advantages of the second are shown. The application of both approaches is illustrated by a real example from judicial practice.

Keywords:
justified and imputed needs, regulatory impact, independent and adaptive regulation and control, the boundaries of the confidence interval, the interval of values of the controlled indicator, the volume of measurements
