Abstract (English):
The paper considers organization of monitoring of all cesarean section operations in a specific healthcare institution and across all healthcare institutions in the entire Sverdlovsk region, presenting M. Robson’s experience of automating classification of cesarean section operations, as well as digitizing all medical documentation on operative deliveries, from preoperative epicrisis to assessment of postoperative risk of venous thromboembolic complications
